ORDER PROCESSING

All orders enter our fulfillment queue immediately after checkout. Our team confirms payment, verifies stock availability, and prepares your package for shipment within 24 hours. Orders placed after 8 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.

CARRIERS AND SERVICE LEVELS

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries. The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, package weight, warehouse availability, and network conditions. Every shipment includes full tracking.

TRANSIT TIMES

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7 to 10 days for addresses within the contiguous United States. Please allow up to 14 business days during severe weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Transit estimates do not include the processing timeframe noted above.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete payment. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will apply automatically when eligibility requirements are met.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link and carrier reference number sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are posted each time the package is scanned at a new location. Delivery is confirmed once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the address on file.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us within one hour of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect or reroute the shipment.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PARCELS

If a carrier returns a package to us due to an undeliverable address, we will notify you by email. You may request reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply. Alternatively, you may request a refund for the merchandise subtotal.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 consecutive days or if the carrier confirms the loss. In these situations, we may replace the items or issue a full refund at our discretion. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and contents, keep all packaging materials, and notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, NovaLift Skin ships to addresses within the United States and its territories, as well as Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
