Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions and Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return including perishable goods such as food flowers or plants and custom products such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials flammable liquids or gases. If you are unsure about your specific item please reach out to us.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have and once the return is approved place a new order separately.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As noted above the item must be returned in the same condition received unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize and post the refund.
